About the role

Hi there 👋! We are hiring a Head of Product! Reporting to our co-founder and CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in the future of our product and company. You’ll help improve product execution; plus, lead a team of Product Managers. You’ll create new ways for our Product and Design teams to get closer to our customers; in addition to improving our ability to perform research.

You’ll inherit and execute on our current product roadmap, then develop our future roadmap in partnership with Engineering and Product Design. If this sounds like an interesting challenge, we’d love to hear from you today!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the processes, cadences, rituals and responsibilities to skillfully execute on our current roadmap and develop future roadmap based on company strategies and goals.

  • Establish processes for roadmap changes to ensure that our PED teams stay focused on the right work.

  • Improve product execution which includes; improving workflows and creating role clarity within PED.

  • Manage, mentor, grow, and support a team of associate to senior level Product Managers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our industry, users, and target customer base in order to clearly articulate their pain points, challenges, and needs.

Job requirements

  • About 5-8 + years of experience as a Product leader within a SaaS company.

  • A track record of effectively managing, mentoring, growing, and supporting a team of Product Managers and Product Designers.

  • A track record of leading improvements to PED workflows which created meaningful impacts within the business.

  • Experience successfully partnering with a technical co-founder; or technical executive around product vision, mission, and strategy which resulted in positive outcomes for product and engineering.

  • A playbook on how to best measure the success of a Product Management and Product Design team.

  • The ability to ensure our Product and Design teams stay focused on execution.

  • A keen sense of organizational design; and the ability to create consensus around your vision.

The hiring process

We are a young startup, frequently iterating on our interview processes. The specific steps you go through may vary, but for all candidates, we hold the following principles in mind:
